Skill Building

Gain valuable skills that will be useful in future health-care professions through our workshops

Develop professional skills such as interview, resume building, etc.
Leadership

FIU H.E.A.L. gives all members the opportunity to be a leader and develop professional skills

Members are encouraged to propose ideas, find volunteer opportunities, and lead other members

Members will be provided with various research, shadowing, and job opportunities throughout the year
__Member Duties__

Members are NOT required to pay any membership dues

Members must acquire a certain number of points per semester to be considered active under the following criteria

4 pts - Meetings | 1pt - Social | 1pt - Leadership/Conferences/Lectures

5 pts - Fundraising | 5 pts - Community Service | 1pt - FIU Spirit | 2 pts - Philanthropy

Members will be eligible to run for e-board positions when elections are open
